After completing the course and the confirmation of the achievement of the learning outcomes student:
is familiar with the key concepts of the course: neo-patriarchy, backlash, gender order, political masculinity, anti-Enlightenment, cultural wars
is able to explain connections between contemporary anti-egalitarian movements and global socio-economic structures
is able to explain connections between neo-patriarchy and ambivalences of the Enlightenment legacy
is able to explain complexity of relations between modernity, emancipation and religion
is able to explain links between present-day nationalist movements and transformations of gender order.
