Professional status:

The graduate possesses pedagogical training and is authorized to work as a pedagogue in the area of care, education, assistance, therapeutic and preventive activities, carried out in relation to people of different age groups, i.e. children, adolescents, adults (including elderly people), as well as people in difficult life situations, and/or coming from dysfunctional environments. Therefore, the graduate may find employment in care and educational facilities of various types, including socialisation, intervention, e.g. in children's homes (as a tutor), multifunctional 24-hour care and educational facilities; care and day-care facilities, such as community day-care centres, socio-therapeutic day-care centres, crèches, children's clubs, senior citizens' clubs, nursing homes (as a tutor); educational institutions: boarding schools, out-of-school educational institutions, at schools - in a day-care centre (as a tutor) and in associations and foundations conducting care and educational activities.
