Demonstrate knowledge of the specifics of structured career coaching, including core areas and the possibilities of using this form of interaction.
Indicate the possibility of practical application of coaching professional development in the field of education, in particular with regard to the professional development of teachers.
Adequately apply the selected coaching tools useful in the area of professional development.
Underestimate the importance of coaching in the process of learning throughout life.
Workshop to work in a group and adopt common targets for action.
