Graduate majoring in the first-degree Designing Culture programme has gained practical knowledge of creating and implementing initiatives and tasks that require cultural competence, both in the local and global context. The curriculum combines knowledge in the field of humanities and practical experience. Students will have completed traineeships at cultural institutions with regional and national impact, thus acquiring valuable experience. Command of foreign languages, knowledge concerning EU funding applications, in conjunction with practical experience, and skills learned in the course of traineeships translate into a graduate who is dynamic, creative, and competent. Broader insights afforded by grounding in the humanities add to the profile of the graduate, enabling them to function efficiently in various cultural milieus and environments. In addition, the graduate is equipped with cultural promotion skills such as planning and implementing promotional campaigns, using social media, creating promotional content, organising events, acquiring partners and sponsors; they are also competent in cultural market research and analysis. Consequently, employers gain an employee who is able to effectively implement ambitious cultural projects and initiatives and promote them successfully, contributing to their success.
