Professional status:
The graduate possesses:
- qualifications to perform professional activities of a career counsellor or a client advisor in labour market institutions, in particular, in Public Employment Services and Voluntary Labor Corps,
- qualifications to perform personnel counselling in labour market institutions, human resources departments and commercial institutions.
The legal basis for regulating the competences and places of employment of career counsellors in the education system is the Regulation of the Minister of National Education on career counselling of February 12, 2019 (effective from September 1, 2019). The legal basis for regulating the competences and places of employment of career and personal counsellors is the following legal act: Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions of April, 20, 2004, as further amended.
