Paths of improving diagnostic competence of personnel advisor
The objectives of diagnosis in personal counseling
Principle of recognizing needs in the field of HR individual client and organization
Principle of diagnosis personnel in the areas of recruitment and selection, formal and informal communication in the company recognition and analysis of training needs, recognizing the competence of leadership and management styles, interpersonal competence of employees, motivating and evaluating employees, work organization, organizational culture, the current level of organization development.

Student indicates the determinants of diagnosis in personnel consultancy
The student knows the competence of personnel advisor in the field of diagnosis and can indicate the possibility of their improvement
The student can specify objectives diagnosis depending on the needs of the organization or client
The student knows and understands the rules for the diagnosis of personnel in the areas of recruitment and selection, formal and informal communication in the company recognition and analysis of training needs, recognizing the competence of leadership and management styles, interpersonal competence of employees, motivating and evaluating employees, work organization, organizational culture, current level of development of the organization.
Student is able to effectively choose the methods, techniques and diagnostic tools to the needs of the customer and the company
The student has the ability to plan, conduct and formulate conclusions of diagnostic tests in personnel consultancy for a specific group and on a specific topic
Student is able to use and to design diagnostic tools in personnel consultancy depending on workplace and the goals.
Assessment criteria
active participation during classes, participate in discussions, presentation of group in class, participate in simulations during classes, designing and solving case studies, presentation in class designed: a case study, diagnostic personel tools and the program of actions of HR in the selected area and personnel policy system on the example of a particular company, a written exam
