KNOWLEDGE:
• gain knowledge about the specific coaching career, including the key areas and possibilities of using this form of interaction;
• gain knowledge about the possibilities of practical application in the field of career coaching educator professional development;
In terms of skills:
• developing the ability to introduce elements of coaching in the area of career planning, including hands-on learning for the purpose of constructing the effective formulation of a positive professional future - their own and others;
• developing the ability to define personal resources that can be helpful in shaping the future of employment;
• deepen the skills of active listening, questioning coaching, paraphrasing, labor peace;
• developing skills for the use of selected tools of coaching;
• teamwork skills;
In terms of social competence:
• the development of an informed and responsible attitude in the application of the tools of coaching;
• recognizing the inseparability of the learning process and the development of the process of building a career.

Learning outcomes
Demonstrate knowledge of the specifics of structured coaching career (career coaching), including core areas and the possibilities of using this form of interaction.
Indicate the possibility of practical application of coaching professional development in the field of education, in particular with regard to the professional development of teachers.
Adequately apply the selected coaching tools useful in the area of professional development.
Underestimate the importance of coaching in the process of learning throughout life.
Workshop to work in a group and adopt common targets for action.
