Descriptive Grammar of Polish 03-GOP-22
Students: 1) are equipped with the basic knowledge of grammatical system of contemporary Polish; they also learn about the basic notions of descriptive grammar; 2) understand how the system of Polish language is structured and what are the rules of its grammar; 3) can read, understand, summarize and comment upon theoretical texts concerning linguistic issues; are able to analyse linguistic phenomena of various subsystems.

After this course a student can explain what is the role of exploring the structure and functions of contemporary Polish in the field of culture & communication studies; discuss and compare subsystems of language; read with comprehension and comment upon theoretical works concerning the grammar of contemporary Polish; analyse grammatical aspects of contemporary texts in Polish; prepare a presentation on selected theoretical topics; actively participate in the group analysis of grammatical aspects of some contemporary texts in Polish.
