The course, among other, prepares students for SEM related online certifications. Thanks to Ahrefs Team we will use Ahrefs experience and have access to their advanced professional commercial SEM tools. The course will also incorporate established online study services and will prepare students for e.g. SEO/Content related certifications on such platforms as HubSpot Academy, SEMRUSH or Moz Academy.

Dr. Czart's students won the title: of the 2019 Global Winner of the Global Online Marketing Academics Challenge and the 2017 Google Online Marketing Challenge (GOMC) Europe Winners. Since 2009 were 6 times GOMC Finalist Europe Top 5 and 10 teams Semi-Finalists (from 2011 defined as Europe Top 15). Dr. Czart is a member of Google's Global Academic Panel (http://bit.ly/GoogleAP) and till 2017 was also a member of the Collegiate ECHO Marketing Challenge jury.

The program is tailored to the individual student's background. Throughout the course, to increase the teaching efficiency, an innovative ubiquitous teaching method adaptation is applied based on online ICT tools - adherent to the NMC Horizon and European Commission recommendations [1,2].

This course is a part of the entire module of courses concerning digital media communications. In the Winter semester you are welcomed to enroll to the “Internet Marketing - Traffic analysis and optimization“ course, and in the Summer semester to the “Internet Marketing - Pay Per Click Advertising“ as well as “Online Marketing in Social Media” courses. Students participating in the courses also have an optional opportunity to participate in the Hands-On-Practice and Real-Live projects, co-learning and collaboration in an international environment with real companies.

Module aim (aims): The aim of this Module is to provide students with a solid knowledge and skills related to * Understanding and applying visibility and organic techniques of informed visibility optimisation * Optimising online presence for targeted audience and so for search engines to reach high positions on the first search results page (SERP) to bring quality traffic to a website * Building optimal link profile to build online trust and authority for a site * Optimizing video content for search engine visibility * Auditing a website for search engine indexation * Developing and managing optimal text and video content optimized for proper audience so for search engines * Planning, tracking, analysis, decision making for SEO activities * Basic or advanced scripting/programming for SEO work support and automation

Since their outset in 2008, the classes integrate the ITC online tools and techniques (like adaptation of flipped classroom method and u-learning methodology) and tools like Google Suite for distributed online communication, learning and collaboration.

Because of the pandemic situation till the situation gets contained, the course will be given online. The classes are about online communications, and we use the online technologies for learning and teaching over 10 years already.
