second-cycle degree studies, postgraduate studies
The graduate has pedagogical training, knowledge and skills required to work as a teacher, an educator or any other educational employee in special kindergartens, special schools and otherinstitutions for children and youth with moderate, severe and profound intellectual disability within the national education system.
The graduate is competent to:
- work as a teacher in special education kindergartens and special primary schools for children and youth with moderate and severe intellectual disability;
- work as a teacher in centers enabling children and youth with profound intellectual disability and children and youth with multiple disabilities to fulfill the duty of one-year pre-school preparation, the duty of compulsory school education and the duty to study;
- conduct revalidation and education activities for children and youth with profound intellectual disability;
The graduate is prepared to work as a special education teacher in kindergartens, schools and other institutions for children, youth and adults with intellectual disabilities.
The graduate is qualified to co-organize integration education and co-organize the education of children with intellectual disabilities.
The graduate is prepared to continue studying at MA level and postgraduate level in foreign and domestic institutions of higher education.
