Professional status:

A graduate of chemistry has an in-depth knowledge of the selected specialization, to the extent that allows them to work in industry, research institutes, universities and other institutions not exclusively related to chemistry. They develop the skills of conducting independent laboratory work, acquire a knowledge of technological processes, with particular emphasis on environmentally friendly processes,. They are familiar with the legal regulations regarding intellectual property protection, exhibit the ability to interpret and quantify physico-chemical phenomena, acquire thorough knowledge and skills in the field of analytical techniques, including instrumental methods, exhibit the ability to create safe and effective laboratory workstations, have a knowledge of chemical aspects of biological processes, and also of calculation and statistical methods. In addition, a chemistry graduate specializing in general chemistry acquires broad knowledge and skills in all fields of chemistry based on the latest scientific literature, which allows them to continue their education at doctoral studies and work at research institutes and universities at academic positions.
