Professional status:
A graduate of the Food Product Analytics program possesses an in-depth knowledge of chemical analysis, which allows to work in industries, particularly within the food sector. They are well-suited for roles in quality control laboratories, research institutes, universities, and other institutions that may not necessarily be directly related to chemistry. This graduate possesses the ability to work independently in a laboratory setting, an understanding of technological processes with a specific emphasis on those used in the food industry, knowledge of legal regulations pertaining to intellectual property protection, the skill to interpret and quantitatively describe physicochemical phenomena, an extensive knowledge and expertise in analytical techniques, including instrumental methods, the capability to establish secure and effective laboratory workstations, an understanding of the chemical aspects of biological processes, as well as proficiency in accounting and statistical methods. Throughout their studies, the graduate acquires all the necessary engineering competencies for their field of work. Additionally, a graduate who has pursued additional pedagogical education is well-prepared to teach chemistry at the school.
In summary, a graduate of the Food Product Analytics program possesses a broad range of knowledge and skills that enable them to enter various sectors related to the food industry. Their laboratory skills, understanding of technological processes, and knowledge of food products make them competent for employment in industry, research institutes, universities, and high schools.
