Professional status:

The graduate possesses: - pedagogical training required to work as an educator and any other educational employee (in accordance with the Teacher`s Charter) in institutions of the national education system (in accordance with the Education System Act) on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Education from 12th of March 2009 on the detailed requirements concerning teacher qualifications and on the definition of schools and cases when teacher with no higher education degrees or teaching qualifications can be employed (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland from 27th of March 2009, No. 50 item 400 as amended), as well as art. 9 act 2 of the Act from 26th of January 1982 – Teachers` Charter (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland of 2006, No. 97, item 674, as amended); - qualifications required to work as a teacher or tutor in correctional institutions and shelters for minors, and the Voluntary Work Squad structures in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education from 12th of March 2009 on the detailed requirements concerning teacher qualifications and on the definition of schools and cases when teacher with no higher education degrees or teaching qualifications can be employed (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland from 27th of March 2009, No. 50 item 400 as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Justice from 17th of October 2001 on the correctional facilities and shelters for minors (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, No. 124, item 1359); - authorization to work as an educator or tutor in educational care facilities, environmental day care rooms under the Legal Act from 9th of June 2011 on supporting families and the system of substitute care (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, No.149 item 887 as amended); - competences to work as a family assistant and the coordinator of substitute care in accordance to the Legal Act from 9th of June 2011 on supporting families and the system of substitute care (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, No.149 item 887 as amended); - education that allows, after completing certain internal procedures, to work in social control and justice institutions, such as Police or as an officer in correctional facilities, under the Regulation of the Ministry of Justice from 16th of January 2003 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, No. 03.14.142 as amended) on requirements for education and professional qualifications of Prison Officers and under the Regulation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration from 19th of June 2007 on the requirements for training, professional qualifications and professional experience, to which police officers to the position of the commanders of the Police and other official positions should correspond (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland of 2007, No. 123, item 857 as amended); - qualifications required for acting as a probation officer under the Act on Probation Officers from 17th of July 2001 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland, No. 98, item 1071 as amended); - qualifications required for employment in foundations, organizations and associations involved in prevention, rehabilitation and assistance to people in difficult life situations.
