Professional status:

A graduate of master studies in the area of Philosophy, speciality: Social Communication, obtains professional Master's degree. In their master's degree program, students gain knowledge and skills in general education subjects as well as such fundamental subjects of philosophy as history of philosophy, logic, epistemology,and ethics. They have also gained specialist knowledge in the field of theory and philosophy of social communication, economics, psychology and sociology of communication, and public relations. The course prepares the graduates for various social roles, public services and/or supplement studies undertaken in other fields. A graduate in Philosophy specialized in Social Communication is prepared to continue education within this or any other major. He can work in various governmental and non-governmental institutions as Social Communication specialists, theoretician of promotion and marketing, public relation advisor, or counsellor for ecological institutions. Having met all the necessary requirements specified by separate and additional regulations, he or she is also entitled to teach introductory philosophy and ethics in both primary and secondary or high schools.
