Professional status:
The Bachelor of Ethics program prepares professionals equiped with knowledge, skills and competencies related to philosophical ethics (theoretical and practical topics), including social, legal, cultural and intercultural, institutional and professional regulatory systems. His professional profile meets latest state of scientific research and enables him to take challenges created by the contemporary social world and to define domain related problems. The Bachelor of Ethics degree examines the following attitudes and competencies: rationality, creativity and criticism, conducting of constructive dialogue, seeking for solutions of social problems that are based on the social rules, codes of conduct, high institutional standards and social legitimacy (also on the European level), cooperative, organizational and leadership skills, creating effective workplace conditions and developing them independently; responsibility, oral and written communication skills, multimedia uses and foreign language competency (B2 Level, according to the Common European Framework Reference for Languages). His profession encompasses a great range of potential carreer oportunities, in particular the following roles: employee, coordinator, project participant or leader in public institutions, administration, the NGO institutions. According to the study program, special emphasis is placed in current issues and trends affecting professional know-how and experience useful in all professions and institutions in Poland, EU and worldwide that produce new moral challenges and social problems or seek just procedures, ethical codes of conduct and solutions.
