Professional status:
The graduate has knowledge and skills in the field of humanities and social sciences included in the study program. Has in-depth and detailed knowledge of: ethical and psychological issues related to interpersonal relations and the relationship of an individual with society; covering the issues in the field of social counseling, mediation and prevention of social problems; on the mechanisms of the emergence and escalation of conflicts and their resolution. He knows criminal and civil law to the extent necessary to conduct mediation procedures and the standards of mediation proceedings.
Acquired the ability to diagnose social phenomena, including dysfunctions of social and family life, as well as conduct training courses, organize projects and activate human resources. Has in-depth practical advisory and mediation skills, including knowledge and specialist skills in the field of economic mediation. He is prepared to work as: mediator in civil and administrative proceedings, mediator of multilateral disputes, individual and group trainer (coach) activating human capital, specialist, advisor in some aspects of social PR (Public Relations) for the management of companies in the field of human resources activation through training and organization of knowledge.
He has the knowledge and skills in the field of mediation entitling him to apply, after turning 26, for entry on the list of permanent mediators kept by the president of the regional court in accordance with the Act of 27 July 2001, Law on the System of Common Courts (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2018 item 23, with later changes.).
Has appropriate knowledge and specialist skills in the field of mediation in administrative proceedings and in proceedings before administrative courts in accordance with the Act of June 14, 1960, Code of Administrative Procedure (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2017, item 1257) and the Act of 30 August 2002 Law on proceedings before administrative courts (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2018, item 1302).
