Professional status:

The graduate possesses: - teaching credentials to work as a pedagogue, a pedagogue-therapist, and as any other educational employee in the facilities of the national educational system; - qualifications to practice the profession of a pedagogue-therapist, and to conduct art therapy in pre-schools, at public schools (elementary and post-elementary), pre-schools, integrated schools, elementary schools with integrated classes and facilities conducting pedagogical therapy and art therapy for children and adolescents (community centres, socio-therapeutic centres, psychological – pedagogical counselling centres), foundations and associations conducting therapeutic activities for children and adolescents, occupational therapy centres; - qualifications to work as a pedagogue – therapist, as well as a specialist conducting art therapy; - qualifications to conduct activities in the field of early support of child development, prevention and pedagogical therapy (including corrective and compensatory classes), as well as art therapy in preschools, integrated schools and schools with integrated classes as a pedagogue – therapist and an art therapist, in facilities conducting pedagogical therapy and art therapy of children and adolescents (community centres, socio-therapeutic centres, psychological – pedagogical counselling centres), foundations and associations conducting therapeutic activities for children and adolescents, occupational therapy centres; - substantive competences to conduct therapeutic activities in the form of corrective and compensatory, as well as artistic and educational workshops, art therapy sessions, including integrational projects, that enable experiencing art in its various dimensions in pre-schools, elementary schools and post-elementary schools, as well as in facilities conducting pedagogical therapy and art therapy, obtained on the basis of diploma in accordance to the teaching standards for the field of Pedagogy - competences to undertake and conduct activities in teams providing pedagogical and psychological counselling to children and adolescents with special educational needs in pre-schools, elementary schools, post-elementary schools and other facilities.
