The graduate is a specialist has been prepared to work, among other things, as an analyst and specialist in national and self-government administration, in international institutions, in businesses that operate in eastern markets, in mass media, or in analytic centers The graduate possesses extended interdisciplinary knowledge and skills in the fields of the social, political, legal, economic, legal and cultural sciences oriented toward countries and societies of Eastern Europe, Middle Asia and Siberia, enabling him or her to studying and understanding social, political, economic, legal, cultural, ethnic and confessional questions of this area. He has acquired analytic skills, which make him capable of identifying, scrutinizing and forecasting directions of social, economic, political, cultural and ethnic transformations of the Eastern Europe, Middle Asia and Siberia area. He can make and justify decisions. He has inculcated habits of personal responsibility and initiative. He has habits of long life learning and professional development. The graduate is prepared to commence research work and doctoral (Ph.D.) studies.
