Professional status:

The graduate has the knowledge and skills enabling the analysis and interpretation of biomedical data and providing information about the health condition, supporting the diagnostic decision. The graduate uses modern methods of molecular biology and bioinformatics as well as tools used in analytical and research laboratories and in biomedical research. Is prepared to work in research teams and activities in the field of: performing diagnostic tests on human material; obtaining, analyzing and interpreting genomic and biomedical data; creating biomedical databases; preparation of research projects and reports on human health, taking into account environmental factors threatening health. The graduate is ready to take up PhD studies in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.
