Physical education class and fencing 32-ZOG-SZERM

These are classes in various forms, e.g. general warm-up, stretching, stretching, team games, exercises with jumping ropes, balls, dumbbells or medicine balls.
All those who want to learn the correct technique, learn the rules of the game and enjoy sports competition can sign up for the general development classes with elements of shemerga. Equipment is provided.
Sportswear and shoes are compulsory. The group size is 14 people.
Classes take place once a week for 1.5 hours in the lower hall at 89 Szamarzewskiego Street.
