To show variety of exclusion and processes causing lack of social participation. Students will be able to identify marginalized groups in relation to individual actions and social processes influencing their reproduction.

Learning outcomes
Knowledge about basic processes of social exclusion. Ability to recognize symptoms of exclusion and preparation for social work with individuals and groups at risk of exclusion or excluded.
Assessment criteria
Examination. A passing score is required to pass the exam. The written examination includes open and closed questions. The test verifies knowledge in the field of social exclusion, and in open questions it checks the ability to react to problems and the ability to help endangered or excluded persons.
For those willing there is an opportunity to write an essay on a given general topic. The 3 best essays are graded and in case of getting at least good plus grade there is a possibility to get the final grade on this basis. In the case of a larger number of students writing an essay, the remaining students receive a grade increase of 0.5 - but only if the essay earns a grade of db.
The essay is evaluated for individual, original approach to the problem, correctness of narration, flawlessness in language. Attention is paid to the erudition of the message.
Knowledge check using a written examination with single and multiple choice questions, and open questions, consisting of 15 questions - a total of 30 points can be obtained.

30-28 very good (bdb; 5.0):
27 to 25 points good plus (+db; 4.5):
24 to 22 points good (db; 4.0):
21 to 19 points sufficient plus (+dst; 3.5):
18 to 16 points sufficient (dst; 3.0):
