Micro-sociology 24-PCDL-MIS
Students 1) gain knowledge of: theoretical basis and studies of micro structures: groups, communities, organizations and institutions; small groups morphology, group coherence and its sources, models of leadership, Structure and stratification of social roles; role-strains, functioning of chosen small groups - among peers, within Professional and local environment; 2) gain abilities of: recognizing and explaining social phenomena on micro levels using sociological categories; gathering, applying, summarizing and commenting on academic data - documents and other sources related to small groups; correct use of specialist terms.
