Methodology of Social Sciences 24-PCDL-MET
Students:
1) Gain main knowledge of social science methodology, particularly its specific character regarding the subject and research procedure and ability of assessing the ways of interpreting regularities (causal, functional, teleological) and recognizing consequences of different ways of conducting sociological research;
2) Understand consequences of adopting different research approaches (scientism-humanism).
3) Gain the ability of formulating problems and hypotheses, sampling, indicators use, concluding.
