Psychology of the 3rd and 4th stage of education 15-PPSYDNNEE-ZU
The aim of this lecture is to equip future teachers with the knowledge necessary to teach English in classes, which are attended by teenagers and adults. The lecture aims to learn about issues related to psychological determinants (cognitive, emotional and motivational processes) and their impact on the functioning of the human. Psychology lectures will explain the specifics of the process of human development, along with the risk factors for the different stages of life.
The psychology lectures acquire basic knowledge about the dynamics of social groups, the social and psychological mechanisms concerning functioning of the class. It is supposed to help students to develop the ability to identify and analyze the risks and factors that contribute to the process of learning and development of future pupils. The lecture also aims to develop sensitivity to the multiplicity and diversity of the conditions of learning and education and help to develop authority in the class. Future teacher will also discuss the urgent social processes that might take place in the class: violence, conformity, passiveness in order to help the teacher to overcome the social difficulties, to learn how to negotiate, motivate and talk with the pupils.
