Learning outcomes
1. Basic knowledge about the insurance contract, the organization and supervision of the insurance market in Poland and the European Union, the knowledge about the legal principles relating to insurance business, insurance agents and insurance market institutions.
2. Understanding of the importance of insurance to stabilize the financial situation of individuals and business and the importance of the rules governing the insurance business and the specific rules referring to the protection of consumers of insurance services.
3. Ability to: interpret the insurance law, understand the content of insurance contracts; in particular the technical terms contained in the general insurance terms and conditions.
