Introduction to civil process 09-WPC-KTP-11
When presenting subject, existing systems of civil process, its main legal institutions and basic issues civil litigations are presented. The issues are discussed in the context of common law and continental law.

Students gain knowledge about basic issues o civil process, civil process iurisprudentia, main institutions of civil process as well ass history and development of civil process systems.
