Introduction to criminal law 09-WDPK-KTP-11
When presenting subject, existing systems of criminal law, its main legal institutions are presented. The issues are discused in the context of common law and continental law.
Module learning aims
Students gain knowledge about basic issues of criminal law, criminal iurisprudentia, main institutions of criminal law as well as history and development of criminal law systems.
