Term 2021/SL:
The seminar introduces the student in the empowerment approach, which focuses on opportunities to strengthen and develop the potential and ability of the individual. Empowerment grows out of social psychology and positive psychology in line with action and research of community psychology. The seminar focus on the features of the approach we analyze the impact of the Ego and the interaction between the subject and the environment on the dynamics of the empowerment process. We stress the importance of empowerment in the professional development of teachers of foreign languages |
