World religions - Elective course 09-RELSW-F-12
After finishing the course students should gain general knowledge about the origins and development of religion, great monotheistic religions and the diversity of religious denominations. They will also acquire general intercultural skills.
The course lasts for two semesters (60h of classes with a teacher). Students should devote 60h of their own work.

After completing the course the student knows the basic themes, concepts, issues and the status of research within the subject of world religions. The student has knowledge of the phenomena occurring in different cultural areas. Should know how to analyze and draw conclusions in order to create general theories as welll as has intercultural skills.
