Norwegian literature after 1945: debate on fascism and the consequences of the war. Modernism. The "Literary Protest" of the 60's. Revival of realistic tendencies in the 70's: confrontation with modernism. Social realism - documentarism, women's literature, working-class literature, regional literature, social modernism. The 80's and 90's: confrontation with the socially committed literature of the 70's. Subjectivism, post-modernism. Elements of literary theory: literary genres - epic, poetry, drama. Analysis of epic and poetic texts. History of contemporary drama.

(in Polish) C1 zapoznanie studentów z zasadniczymi tendencjami rozwojowymi literatury norweskiej w latach 1940-1980 z uwzględnieniem tła historycznego, kulturowego i medialnego Norwegii. C2 przekazanie niezbędnej wiedzy ogólnej dotyczącej norweskiej terminologii literaturoznawczej C3 kształtowanie umiejętności czytania, rozumienia i analizowania na poziomie podstawowym norweskich tekstów literackich lat 1940-1980 C4 kształtowanie umiejętności dyskutowania na temat omawianych tekstów literackich C5 rozwinięcie umiejętności pisania krótkich prac pisemnych o charakterze referującym na tematy poruszane w omawianych utworach literackich C6 rozwinięcie umiejętności systematycznej pracy oraz poddanie własnej pracy krytycznej ocenie C7 zapoznanie studentów z podstawową literaturą przedmiotu oraz źródłami elektronicznymi
