Issues: Introduction to the knowledge of the culture (concepts). Buddhism. Taoism. Confucianism. Traditional Korean society. Shamanism. Rites of Traditional Music - instrumental, vocal - songs. Theatre and court dances and folk. Traditional painting. Traditional architecture and craftsmanship. Calligraphy and literature - sijo and Hanja.
* Contemporary Culture: An Introduction to modern culture. Education in Korea. Kitchen. Etiquette in everyday life. Business Etiquette. Internet culture of young Koreans. The phenomenon of games. Contemporary music.

Learning outcomes
Students can comment on the topics discussed during lectures, can relate statements in the scope of the terminology to historical facts and oral statement transfers. Know cultural aspects of Korea and the culture of this country. Can reach out to other sources of knowledge of the topic. Is able to answer to the issues raised.
Assessment criteria
Methods: The evaluation of extra-curricular objectives, written or oral final exam, written semester credit.
Conditions: passing written semester tests I and II, (minimum 60.01%), the final result of the evaluation on the basis of a written or oral exam(<60% - ndst, 60,01-70% dst, dst + 71-75%, 76 -85% db, db + 86-90%, 91%
