The student:
– is able to characterize the literary culture of Old Turks, Old Uyghurs and Old Kirghiz;
– knows the role of religion;
– is able to read Old Uyghur texts, understand them and translate;
– knows how to use Clasuon's dictionary;
– knows transliteration;
– knows international and Turkish transcriptions.
