Teaching English at intermediate level. Correction of school errors, if necessary. The syllabus covers the following main items: Grammar - revision of main tenses, introduction of new ones: Past Cont., Present Perfect Cont. Conditionals: 0, I, II. Time clauses. The Passive. Reported Speech. Communication - revision of basic communicative functions, introduction of some new ones (e.g. expressing preferences, asking about sb's wishes, orders, polite requests, etc.). Language skills - reading for gist, guided composition, expressing orally one's opinion, discussing a topic, modelled dialogue.
