Vocabulary of handbook (handbook of language of linguistic area ).
Grammat issues:
- alphabet, orthoogra[hical rules, basic issues of phonetics and phonology,
- basic gramma phenomena which express relations between syntactic units (i.e. inflection),
- irrogative, personal, demonstrative, trelative pronouns,
- basic verb forms,
- main speech and sentence parts.
Use of known vocabulary and grammar when communicating, translating, interpreting with help of dictionaries, laxicons, encyclopaedias and multimedial media.

Learning outcomes
Student i) is able to understand writen and spoken texts whicg are content of the material, ii) ia able to translate and to analyze texts written in languge of linguistic area form grammatical and pragmatic point of view, iii) can make oral utterances and to communicate when talking about every day life with use of grammar structures, iv) can make written utterances and to communicate when writtening about every day life with use of grammar structures, v) knows grammatical terminology, vi) can use sources of knowledge about writtening, lexis, and grammar by himself/herself.
Assessment criteria
Terms of positiive note:
- systematic presence (max. 6 hours of ujustified absence per semester),
- positive marks of all (two) partial tests (crireria of notes: <61% - not passed, 61-70% - passed, 71-75% - passed+, 76-85% - well, 86-90% - well+, >90% - very well),
- positive note of final oral exam.
