On successful completion of this course, a student will be able to:
- is able to put into practice the acquired knowledge in the field of tourism and business,
- can find himself in the process of servicing individual clients and tourist groups as well as business clients,
- is able to independently prepare for performing various tasks related to tourism and the sales process,
- can handle specialized tourism groups and is able to conduct business talks and present commercial offers to the Clients,
- use the acquired knowledge in practice - can pilot a tourist group.

Assessment criteria:
very good (bdb; 5,0): excellent ability to work in the tourism industry and in business.
good plus (+db; 4,5): good ability to work in the tourism industry and in business, but the student tries to propose their own solutions to the problems encountered.
good (db; 4,0): good ability to work in the tourism industry and in business.
satisfactory plus (+dst; 3,5): basic ability to work in the tourism industry and in business, but the student tries to discuss problem solving methods.
satisfactory (dst; 3,0): basic ability to work in the tourism industry and in business.
unsatisfactory (ndst; 2,0): lack of basic skills to work in the tourism industry and in business.
