Introduction to Polish Literature 03-IPL-11
Aim of course: to give students a general idea of what is characteristic of the Polish literature and culture, and familiarise them with the basic notions of literary theory (such as literary period, trend, genre, convention etc.). After having completed the course students should be able to recognize characteristic features of literary periods and use the newly acquires terms properly. They also develop basic skills in discussing literary and cultural phenomena.
