Presentation of the information on the legal aspects of distribution and usage of cosmetics. Becoming acquainted with legal acts on cosmetics and their updates, substance that are forbidden to use or permitted to use in restricted quantities, range and upon special conditions. LEARNING OUTCOMES: Completion of this course results in gaining: 1. Knowledge and understanding of the legal aspects of distribution and usage of cosmetics. 2. Ability to read labels on cosmetics wrappings. 3. Aptitude to select the raw materials, active and base substances for a given function of cosmetic products. 4. Knowledge and differentiating of cosmetics substances and methods of quality assessment.
